Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Tula Trading is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will do everything I can to help resolve it.

Returns & exchanges

Because every piece I make is one of a kind and handcrafted from vintage materials, all sales are final. I am not able to accept returns or exchanges.

This is not a policy I take lightly . It is simply the nature of what I make. Each garment is cut from a unique, unrepeatable textile and constructed by hand. Once it leaves the studio, it cannot be remade or restocked. I want every purchase to feel right, which is why I encourage you to:

Each product page includes detailed flat measurements and notes on the textile. Please review these before purchasing and compare to a garment you already love.

Ask questions first

Not sure about the fit? Have a question about the fabric? Please reach out before you buy. I am happy to help you decide if a piece is right for you and even at times alter certain pieces for the best fit tailored for you.
